The upgrade and transformation project of Taikoo Li Sanlitun West was named an outstanding urban regeneration case by Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources. On 3 December 2021, Taikoo Li Sanlitun West officially opened, marking a new chapter in Taikoo Li Sanlitun's development. The Yashow Building has been repositioned as a trendy lifestyle destination that features a mix of chic fashion outlets along with F&B, health and fitness, lifestyle and entertainment elements. The completion of Taikoo Li Sanlitun West integrated Taikoo Li Sanlitun West, South and North, and further cemented Taikoo Li Sanlitun as a fashion landmark in Beijing. Many international brands' first stores in the Chinese Mainland and flagship stores opened at Taikoo Li Sanlitun West. The northward expansion plan of Taikoo Li Sanlitun is now being studied. Taikoo Li Sanlitun will continue to promote the development of a leading international consumption hub in Beijing.
