The signing and ground-breaking ceremony for Swire Properties Julong Wan Project successfully took place on 16 September 2022. Located at the heart of the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolis circle in the Greater Bay Area, Julong Wan is one of the 12 high-end waterfront industrial parks to be developed in Guangzhou and spans 1.56 sq. The project will deliver a world-class waterfront destination that integrates Lingnan cultural characteristics, fostering Guangzhou into an international consumption hub.
