A spokesperson from Swire Properties shared that the filing does not indicate the commencement of the project's construction, as it is the first step of many examination and approval procedures. In 2021, Swire Properties announced that it had signed a cooperation letter of intent with Guangzhou Pearl River Enterprises Group to jointly develop a commercial project in the Julong Wan Area, located in Liwan District, Guangzhou.
