Swire Properties and Lujiazui Group signed a cooperation letter of intent on developing LOT 21 in Qiantan in September 2022. This will be Swire Properties' second in the area, following the success of Taikoo Li Qiantan. According to the latest information, LOT 21 in Qiantan was expected to launch at the end of 2022 as the prototype rooms of the residential part had been completed and could be open for public viewing. With a gross floor area of about 600,000 sqm, the mixed-use project comprises a shopping mall, office towers and residences, and is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2024.
