Xi'an's high-end commerce sees the best development era as leading commercial real estate developers, such as SKP, Swire Properties and CR Land, are expanding their presence in the city. In March, Swire Properties announced that it will partner with Xi'an Cheng Huan Cultural to develop Taikoo Li Xi'an. The project highlights Swire Properties' confidence in Xi'an and is expected to rewrite the history of the city's commerce.
