Swire Properties: the pioneer of urban regeneration in the Chinese Mainland is building more Taikoo Li projects

After two decades of slow but steady development in the Chinese Mainland, Swire Properties has accelerated its expansion in the region. Recent projects include Taikoo Li Qiantan, Taikoo Li Sanlitun West, Taikoo Li Sanlitun North's expansion, ZHANGYUAN and Xi'an Small Wild Goose Pagoda Taikoo Li. The opening of Taikoo Li Qiantan in Shanghai will undoubtedly drive the development of the economy and commerce in project is INDIGO phase II in Beijing, located at the node of an urban traffic artery.
