Goldman Sachs reported in an analyst report that Swire Pacific and Swire Properties are likely to be the biggest benefitters when Hong Kong reopens its borders with the Chinese Mainland, thanks to their businesses spanning across airline, hotel and commercial property industries. Separately, it is understood that various industries are trying their best to grab business opportunities following the relaxation of travel rules for international arrivals.
