Swire Properties' joint project with Henderson Land Development on Pan Hoi Street in Quarry Bay, adjacent to Taikoo Place, gained approval from the Buildings Department in March to build two 28-storey buildings with around 441,000 sq ft of gross floor area, of which about 368,300 sq ft will be used as residential space and another 72,400 sq ft for commercial use.
