International Workplace Group (IWG), a shared office space provider, will launch a new 18-storey "Spaces 8QRE" at Swire Properties' newly refurbished 8 Queen's Road East ("8QRE") office tower in Admiralty on 1 September.

Seeing 8QRE as a prime location close to Three Pacific Place, IWG decided to establish its presence in the Admiralty business district. Due to a strong demand for shared office space on the Hong Kong Island, two floors of office space have already been leased to corporate clients. The firm believes that there is a surging demand for hybrid office space, thus it is optimistic about the leasing prospects of 8QRE, expecting it to be fully leased in a year's time.
