IWG has committed to rent the entire building of 8 Queen's Road East (8QRE) and is set to open a new state-of-the-art "Spaces" centre in July, its seventh location in Hong Kong. Spanning over 18 storeys and occupying 64,800 sq ft of office space, the new centre will offer 900 workstations and 70 private offices, as well as five floors of enterprises suites. In addition to the managed offices, the new location will have a two-storey "Business Club" featuring an open plan layout for hot-desking and informal meetings, which will also foster social exchanges within the wider professional community.
