Swire Properties has sold a total of 1,418 car parking spaces at its Taikoo Shing residential development since October 2020 at between HKD1.55 million to HKD2.8 million per space, and 195 motorcycle spaces at HKD150,000 each. The Company announced on 19 September 2022 that the remaining parking spaces would be open for sale to non-Taikoo Shing residential owners.

Sources from agents said that around 20 car parking spaces have been sold in the past three days, in which 60% to 70% of them are non-Taikoo Shing residential owners. Swire Properties said that as the sale was open to Taikoo Shing residential owners for over 1.5 years since Oct 2020, and the Company is now exploring other sales options.

A newspaper outlet reported that the non-reserved car parking spaces monthly rental in Stage 10 will be raised to HKD3,980, HKD5,000 for reserved spaces and HKD1,100 for motorcycle parking spaces.
