A local broadcaster TVB's residential property-focused programme featured the newly completed residential development EIGHT STAR STREET by Swire Properties.

The programme featured an inspection of a lower floor apartment. An inspector appreciated the use of a big window that allowed much natural light into the flat. He also acknowledged that EIGHT STAR STREET sits at a very prime location, with close proximity to the Star Street Precinct and the Pacific Place portfolio.

The programme also mentioned the Company's developments in the district, including its existing and future office developments in the greater Admiralty and Wan Chai areas, such as the Queen's Road East office project. He commented that the Company's new office project will maintain an advantage despite the high office vacancy rate on Hong Kong Island, as the new office developments are well-equipped with ESG features. He further suggested that with the completion of the new office development, the Pacific Place office portfolio will be even more attractive.
