Cathay yesterday unveiled its first physical retail store. Located at Cityplaza, the new store offers a range of products including branded merchandise, Christmas-themed products, alcoholic beverages, electronic products, stuffed toys and aircraft models. The store features flexible check-out and multi-touchpoint delivery options. Cathay said customers can simply shop with the Cathay app in four steps. To celebrate the grand opening of the first shop, Cathay is offering up to six million miles in giveaways. From now until 3 January 2023, customers who spend HKD500 or more in the store will get an opportunity to earn up to 2,000 miles, and an additional 1,000 miles if they choose to pick up the goods in the store.
