To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Cityplaza Ice Palace, a new "Skatecation" campaign is taking place from October through December 2022 with eight different promotional activities. These include a Cityplaza Ice Palace exhibition, curling competition, ISI Skate Hong Kong 2022 and a Christmas ice skating show. For HKD200, one can enjoy both ice skating and special crafting activities that include making 3D floral stones, cement coasters and neon signs. From 14 to 18 November 2022, a 40% discount can be enjoyed either online or onsite for admission. In addition, the Ice Palace will be throwing a party on 10 December 2022 for two days, offering patrons sweets, balloon games, photo opportunities and other fun festivities.
