Swire Hotels has partnered with payment platform Adyen, offering more payment options and greater security for payment processes across its Hong Kong portfolios. Through the platform, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK are now, on top of other credit card payments. With the new move, Swire Hotels can obtain a clear view of payment details in a single place and increase the efficiency of its accounting and finance processes.

Meanwhile, Swire Hotels will unify its online and offline payment systems to gain a more comprehensive view of guest data – including spending patterns and habits – and business performance in real time, enabling the hotels to improve conversion rates while enhancing the accommodation experience. At the same time, the payment and card information of hotel guests will be coded and recorded. Guests will no longer have to sign bills or use mobile POS to pay as they spend at hotels, making the entire stay experience smoother and more seamless.
