ArtisTree takes visitors on "Sounditation Journey"

Taikoo Place is holding the "+UP! Better Living Pop-ups" campaign at ArtisTree throughout October and November 2022 in its latest bid to support the community by injecting positive vibes into daily work lives. A series of wellness-focused workshops, exciting corporate challenges and self-care focused retail therapy are set to help tenants and the public destress and be rejuvenated. In October, a series of Fitness Reimagined classes will be held at ArtisTree, and in November, Taikoo Place tenants can form corporate teams to raise money for charity through two corporate wellness challenges.

As part of the programme, ArtisTree will be transformed to provide a "sounditation" experience that combines visual arts, healing sounds and meditation. Renowned singing bowl artist and scenographer Tsang Man-tung will be hosting meditation sessions for both Taikoo Place tenants and the public. Priscilla Li, General Manager, Taikoo Place, noted that the highly-tailored and dynamic programme will offer Taikoo Place tenants and their staff breathing space amid their fast-paced schedules, and encourages them to step back, relax and realise the importance of work-life balance.

Two columnists shared that during the "Sounditation Journey", visitors will enjoy an experience that combines healing sounds of the singing bowl with meditation and visual art. On entering ArtisTree, one will first walk through a "healing white space", followed by a "purification tunnel" leading into the main space staged in low lighting with stunning visuals of the Hong Kong countryside. Columnist Eileen Cha opined that the journey could take participants to tranquillity where all troubles are forgotten. Another columnist even said workers at Taikoo Place are "very lucky", because Taikoo Place offers not only the office space itself, but also exclusive events like the "Sounditation Journey", which he described as "a spring in the working life".
