Swire Properties has been named as one of the winners of the Green Building Award 2021 co-organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council. The Company won the Pioneer Award in Facilities Management under the Green Building Leadership Category. In addition, Two Taikoo Place garnered the Grand Award for "New Buildings – Projects Under Construction and/or Design – Commercial" category, being one of only two winners in this category.
