Swire Properties is finalising a rental agreement with a new tenant for the Sanlitun site as H&M’s lease expires later in 2023.

Swedish fast-fashion brand H&M is closing its flagship store in Beijing’s Taikoo Li Sanlitun on Sunday following the end of the Chinese Mainland’s tight COVID-19 restrictions. It opened in 2014 and occupied 1,200 square metres.
