Swire Properties’ INDIGO Phase Two project was among the 34 projects signed during the 26th Beijing-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium, which took place yesterday for the first time in five years since the pandemic. Held under the theme "Deepening Cooperation, Achieving a Win-Win Future", the symposium witnessed the signing of projects in integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, the digital economy and biomedicine, with a total investment of RMB67.22 billion. This represents an increase in both the number and investment value compared to the previous year.

During the symposium, Yin Yong, Mayor of Beijing, highlighted the popular destination of Taikoo Li Sanlitun as an outstanding example of comprehensive, broad-based and high-level cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong. Yin expressed his belief that this cooperation will deepen as the people of the two cities come closer together.
