Swire Properties' Taikoo Li Sanlitun was recognised as one of the top 10 shopping districts selected by brands that opened their first stores in Beijing last year. Among these brands were renowned action sports brand DC SHOES and Korean fashion brand WE11DONE. These top 10 shopping districts accounted for 51% of the overall first store openings in Beijing. In 2022, a total of 812 brands opened their first stores in the city, including five global flagship stores, one Asia's first store, 31 Chinese Mainland's first stores and 775 first stores in Beijing.
