Today, Secretary for Development Bernadette Linn will lead a delegation of the Development Bureau and the Legislative Council's Panel on Development to Shanghai. The delegation will visit development projects, including Zhangyuan and the Xuhui West Bund. It will also visit the Shanghai Municipal Government and departments responsible for policy areas related to the Bureau, namely the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing, Urban-Rural Development and Management, the Shanghai Water Authority and the Lingang Special Area Administration.
