According to the new plan, a new urban road site located at the southwestern corner of Taikoo Li will be added, primarily serving as an underground parking lot that provides convenient parking options at Taikoo Li. With the release of the plan, the overall planning of Taikoo Li Xi'an has been basically confirmed. The archaeological exploration is now in the final stage, and the project is expected to break ground soon. According to the latest data, the Taikoo Li Xi'an commercial complex will span 123,800 sqm with a total investment of RMB10 billion, setting a new record of complex investment by a foreign company in Shaanxi Province.
