Swire Properties and Xi'an Qujiang New District ceremoniously witnessed the commencement of construction for Taikoo Li Xi'an. This ambitious project represents Swire Properties' most significant venture under the "Taikoo Li" brand in the Chinese Mainland. Spanning approximately 119,906 sqm, Taikoo Li Xi'an is nestled within the historic precinct of the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. The development is set to feature a shopping centre, cultural institutions and a prestigious House Collective hotel, with a total investment of around RMB10 billion.

Yang Jianqiang, Deputy Mayor of Xi'an, alongside dignitaries from Beilin and Qujiang New Districts, joined Tim Blackburn, Chief Executive of Swire Properties, and Alan Lee, General Manager - Xi'an of Swire Properties to inaugurate the site. Recognising the site's deep cultural heritage within Xi'an's illustrious past, Swire Properties is committed to creating a destination that seamlessly combines world-class commercial allure with cultural richness. Scheduled for phased completion starting in late 2026, Taikoo Li Xi'an promises to become a nexus of culture, commerce and tourism within this historic cityscape.
