Don Taylor, Director, Office, shared his view on environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing and discussed the Company’s efforts to achieve it. He highlighted the Company’s Sustainable Development 2030 Strategy, key performance indicators and roadmap, as well as the comprehensive ESG structure that integrates sustainability into every facet of the business. He also highlighted One Taikoo Place and Two Taikoo Place as examples of the Company’s commitment to embedding sustainability into its developments, noting their pre-certified Platinum ratings for BEAM Plus, LEED and WELL, which reflect both hardware and software sustainability measures.

In addition, as a keen supporter of arts and culture, the Company introduced ArtisTree to Taikoo Place in 2008, providing access to diverse arts and cultural events for its tenants and communities. One of their engagement programmes, PROJECT AFTER 6, aims to strengthen connections among office executives by incorporating art, music and entertainment into their work environments while also uncovering untapped talents among office professionals. Since its launch in 2014, the programme has attracted more than 1,300 participants.
