Chief Executive Tim Blackburn shared in a media gathering that the Company maintains its view of the Chinese Mainland being a core market in its HKD100 billion investment plan. The aim is to double the Company's total gross floor area in the region over the next decade by expanding the Taikoo Li and Taikoo Hui brands. He also expressed his enthusiasm for the reopening of Hong Kong.

Blackburn also introduced the stunning artwork, Gravity, showcased at Pacific Place. Created by Los Angeles-based conceptual artist Awok Erizku, the 10-metre-high installation is modelled after King Tutankhamun. Pacific Place also launched an Instagram challenge, offering visitors an opportunity to win tickets to Art Basel Hong Kong.
