Swire Properties was named one of the most attractive employers in Hong Kong by global recruitment agency Randstad’s Employer Brand Research. Conducted in January 2023, the study surveyed 2,750 Hong Kong-based employees and job seekers. Participants were asked to assess organisations based on 10 different drivers of employee value proposition, including factors such as salary and employee benefits, good work-life balance and pleasant work atmosphere.

The research revealed the top 20 most desirable employers in Hong Kong, with Hong Kong Exchange, HSBC and Telstra International making the list, while Credit Suisse, New World Development and Bloomberg Inc did not make the cut this year.
