As part of Swire Properties’ Sustainable Development 2030 Strategy, "people-centricity" remains a key pillar. Jodi Kwok, Head of Human Resources & Administration, shared that the Company places great importance on the wellbeing and training of its employees. In 2022 alone, a total of 150,000 training hours were dedicated to a diverse range of topics, including technical knowledge, technology application, job safety and health and communication skills.

Kwok highlighted the significance of a people-centric culture in driving corporate development, innovation and transformation. She emphasised that the Company is always open to new ideas that add value to its operations. She cited the Company’s various efforts in creating a healthier, happier and more productive work environment, as well as its investments in cultivating a diverse, industry-leading team.
