Swire Properties recognises the vitality of arts and culture

As Swire Properties recognises the significance of arts and culture in enhancing people’s well-being and daily lives, the Company is planning to host more performances, exhibitions and engagement activities as Hong Kong gradually returns to normalcy after the pandemic.

Don Taylor, Director, Office, Swire Properties, said that the Company is committed to creatively transforming spaces into vibrant and sustainable communities. He highlighted the significance of a lively arts scene in this endeavour, adding that art programmes are designed to introduce diverse and multidisciplinary shows in an entertaining and approachable manner, with the objective of making the world of art more accessible to new audiences.

ArtisTree, the multipurpose space dedicated to performances and exhibitions, has hosted more than 200 events since its opening in 2008, attracting over one million visitors. As one of the highlights of this year’s Arts Month, the monumental 10-metre-high installation titled Gravity is currently on display in Pacific Place as part of Art Basel’s Encounters sector until 2 April 2023.
