Swire Properties seeks fresh talent
To meet the increasing demand for talent from its expanding business, Swire Properties is looking to recruit at least 100 new employees for roles in property management, digital development and property portfolio management at an upcoming career and education expo. With an emphasis on employee training and benefits, the Company provides extensive training in topics ranging from technology to occupational safety, along with a well-established benefits and rewards system.
Jodi Kwok, Head of Human Resources and Administration at Swire Properties, believes the Company’s emphasis on sustainability as well as environmental, social and governance strategies will help attract young talent, whose vitality and innovation could further enhance Swire Properties’ brand value.
Every year, Swire Properties employs about 30 local university juniors as summer interns and 20 local building surveying or engineering science graduates as technical interns.
