Adrian To, Director, Residential, shared that the Company has planned to launch a new residential development in 2024. The site was a former bus depot on Chai Wan Road and will be redeveloped into a mixed-use space comprising three residential towers and retail shops. Expected to be completed in 2024, the Chai Wan project will span an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 694,000 sq ft, offering around 850 one- to four-bedroom units.

By combining urban sophistication with green building elements, the Chai Wan project demonstrates the Company’s commitment to sustainable development. Low-carbon materials such as green concrete will be utilised to reduce carbon emissions.

To said the Company remains optimistic about the long-term development of Hong Kong’s property market, despite the geopolitical environment and rising interest rates, and anticipates solid performance in the residential market over time, driven by robust demand and economic growth.
