Swire Properties to recruit at least 100 new talents in 2023
Swire Properties plans to recruit at least 100 new talents this year in several areas, including property management, digitalisation and portfolio management. Jodi Kwok, Head of Human Resources & Administration, shared that the Company has always placed great emphasis on employee training and providing comprehensive benefits. In 2022, employees received 150,000 hours of training, both online and in-person, covering a range of topics such as work skills, technology applications, occupational health and safety, and communication.
