The Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) is relocating to Two Taikoo Place next week, where it will occupy a 28,925-sq-ft office with a monthly rent of HKD1.729 million. The four-year rental agreement can be extended by three years at the upper end of the market rental rate upon expiry. The council plans to raise its headcount to 115 this year and further increase it to 145 in the 2023/2024 financial year.
