Spirits company Edrington has secured up a lease for a 17,000-sq-ft office at Two Pacific Place, signalling a move from its current location at Exchange Tower in Kowloon Bay. The rental rate is reported to be HKD100 to HKD110 per sq ft. Jaime Martin Chocano, Edrington's North Asia Managing Director, expressed the company's prospects in Hong Kong and the new opportunity that the Two Pacific Place office represents.
