Taikoo Place has been transformed from the historical Taikoo Sugar Refinery into a vibrant business district comprising diverse commercial buildings, shops and pop-up stores. Within this community, Swire Properties organises a series of engaging events throughout the year, including the Tong Chong Street Market Beer Festival. In December 2023, the White Christmas Street Fair will return, adding to the festive atmosphere in the neighbourhood and offering delectable food, workshops and live performances.
