One Taikoo Place is Hong Kong’s first data-driven smart building that is also enabled by artificial intelligence (AI). It is supported by Arup’s Neuron, an app that integrates AI-gathered data from equipment and systems, displaying it in a centralised management console. This enables users to analyse, optimise and automate operations. As a result, the solution has successfully reduced the office tower’s energy use by 15%.
