Swire Properties has signed the provisional agreements for sale and purchase of the remaining units at Wah Ha Factory Building with their respective owners, making the Company the sole property owner. With the transaction expected to be completed in July 2023, the compulsory sales auction originally scheduled for 28 July 2023 has been cancelled accordingly. The Company intends to redevelop the site, along with the adjacent Zung Fu Industrial Building, into an office and commercial development with an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 779,000 sq ft.
