Swire Properties recently sold a two-bedroom apartment unit at its EIGHT STAR STREET development for HKD16.5 million, equivalent to HKD35,113 per sq ft. The unit had a size of 470 sq ft. Approximately 80% of the units have been sold to date, with the highest per-sq-ft price reaching HKD53,122.
