Swire Properties announced that EIGHT STAR STREET Unit 22A has sold for HKD46 million, equivalent to HKD50,383 psf. 34 of the 37 units, representing 92% of all available inventory, have been sold to date. Adrian To, Director, Residential, believes the sales of these units reflect continued buyer demand for luxury properties. As the Company continues to expand its property mix – including the completion of Six Pacific Place by the end of 2023 – the neighbouring areas surrounding Admiralty are set to increase in popularity, driving further demand for high-end residential units.
