LA MONTAGNE, the joint project by Swire Properties, Kerry Properties, Sino Land and MTR Corporation, has received an overwhelming positive response for its first batch of 88 units. The weekend viewings attracted more than 8,000 visitors, resulting in over 1,100 registrations of intent. This level of interest represents an oversubscription rate of 11.5 times. The first batch of units comprises one- to three-bedroom apartment units ranging in size from 403 to 914 sq ft. The starting price after discount is HKD9.67 million, with the per sq ft price ranging from HKD23,988 to HKD35,001. Given the optimistic market response, the developers are expected to release more units in the near future.
