Swire Properties’ latest luxury residential building LA MONTAGNE, developed in partnership with Kerry Properties, Sino Land and MTR Corporation, is expected to kick off sales as early as July 2023. Sales brochures and show flats will be made available soon.

The SOUTHSIDE Phase Four development, located above the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, will offer 800 units ranging from one- to four-bedrooms, with two-bedroom homes making up 60% of the total offering. The home sales will be released in two phases, with the first phase expected to make 430 units available for purchase.
