The SOUTHSIDE Phase 4, a joint project among Swire Properties, Kerry Properties, Sino Land and MTR Corporation, was officially named LA MONTAGNE. Situated atop the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, the project will offer 800 residential units ranging from 351 sq ft to 2,291 sq ft. These units will feature one- to four-bedroom layouts, with the majority being two- and three-bedrooms. The sale of Phase 4A is expected to commence in May 2023.
