There has been strong demand and active transactions in the sale of parking spaces at Taikoo Shing, including an investor who reportedly purchased eight car parking spaces for HKD11 million, taking advantage of recent discounts offered by Swire Properties. The buyer had intended to invest about HKD10 million in a two-bedroom unit in the area for leasing purposes but changed the investment strategy due to the low investment cost and appealing returns. Since the end of June 2023, Swire Properties has sold over 650 parking spaces. The remaining near 300 parking spaces are expected to be sold out soon.
