Swire Properties is now offering special discounts and rebates on 100 select carparking spaces at Taikoo Shing. Inclusive of the rental cash rebate, the parking space pricing ranges from HKD1.3 million to HKD2.31 million, reflecting a 28% to 32% reduction from the original pricing.

A Swire Properties spokesperson said that a 15% and 20% discount on the original price will be offered on selected single- and double-parking spaces, respectively. Additionally, a 5% per annum rental cash rebate based on the purchase price will be given to buyers for a period of three years. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.

The spokesperson added that the Company’s strategy is to repurpose non-core assets and reinvest the proceeds into core portfolios to drive long-term growth.

Over 30 Taikoo Shing parking spaces were sold within the first day of launching the special sales programme. The buyers were mainly investors purchasing covered, open or double spaces at discounted prices ranging from approximately HKD1.3 million to HKD2.31 million.
