Swire Properties has released the price list for three special residences at EIGHT STAR STREET, including two rare penthouse duplexes. The duplexes, units 23A and 23B, offer saleable areas of 1,198 sq ft and 980 sq ft, respectively, while the two-bedroom unit 22A spans 913 sq ft. A special discount of 5% will be offered on purchase agreements written between 25 June–31 July 2023. The discounted prices range from HKD46 million to HKD70.68 million, equivalent to HKD50,383 to HKD59,000 psf. As of now, 32 out of the building’s 37 units have been sold, totalling HKD686,020,000, with an average selling price of HKD38,989 psf.
