Swire Properties announced that the residential site at 269 Queen’s Road East, which was acquired last year for over HKD1.96 billion, equivalent to approximately HKD16,888 per sq ft, is undergoing demolition and design work. The Wan Chai site spans a gross floor area of approximately 116,000 sq ft and is expected to offer approximately 160 units, with the majority having two- and three-bedroom layouts.
