Swire Properties and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, have teamed up to present the inaugural Asia tour of the "Bags: Inside Out" exhibition. After touring the Company’s retail developments in the Chinese Mainland, it will make its final stop at Pacific Place.

Featuring over 240 iconic pieces, including Princess Diana’s "Lady Dior" handbag and Sarah Jessica Parker’s Fendi "Baguette" in Sex and the City, the exhibition showcases the wondrous history and evolution of handbags, highlighting their transformation from functional accessories to influential symbols in fashion, identity and society. Alongside the exhibition, Pacific Place will also host a range of events to enhance visitors’ experiences, such as bag workshops and guided tours.

The exhibition will also feature 13 bags from the personal collection of well-known Hong Kong singer and actress Kelly Chen, each piece representing cherished moments in the star’s life and career – including her first collectable handbag and the first gift she received as a newlywed.
