To further support the Government’s consumption voucher scheme, Theresa Leung, Deputy Director, Retail (Hong Kong) at Swire Properties, said that the Company will offer shopping rewards at Cityplaza, Pacific Place and Citygate Outlets. These rewards, valued at over HKD12 million, aim to enhance footfall and boost sales for tenants. In some cases, the rebate offered may reach as high as 13%.

Additionally, the Company’s malls will be hosting a variety of exhibitions and events in the second quarter of 2023, including a marine conservation project in collaboration with National Geographic, supported by Swire Trust, as well as an exhibition partnership with the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
