Salisterra at The Upper House has partnered with local brand Hole Foods to offer a Hong Kong-inspired British afternoon tea experience from now until 19 March 2023. The set features Hole Foods' exclusive strawberry cream dessert, made with locally sourced hand-picked strawberries. Executive Chef Cary Docherty has also designed special fusion-flavoured offerings, incorporating Hong Kong-themed elements to enhance the culinary experience.
