Henry Bott has been appointed President of Swire Properties Inc., the U.S. real estate arm of the Hong Kong listed multinational corporation. Having led the Company's Asian investments for over 13 years, Bott will now focus on the top-tier commercial and residential properties located at One Island Drive in Brickell Key and Brickell City Centre.

Swire Properties has been a high-profile developer in the heart of Miami since 1978, and today its investments position the Company as one of the leading developers in the area. Bott brings with him extensive experience from the UK, Hong Kong and Vietnam, where he oversaw USD2 billion of real estate investment, including a 6 million-square-foot mixed-use development.
