Mandarin Oriental has partnered with Swire Properties to manage a new luxury hotel and branded residences on the 44-acre island of Brickell Key in Miami. The property will feature 151 guest rooms, 61 private residences and 28 hotel residences, all with scenic waterfront views. With architecture designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and interiors curated by Parisian designer Laura Gonzales, the complex will feature a range of restaurants, bars, multi-functional event spaces and a signature spa. Furthermore, a separate tower housing 220 residences, including two penthouse suites, will all be managed by Mandarin Oriental. Slated to open in 2030, this upcoming establishment is expected to set a new benchmark for luxurious living and hospitality in Miami.
